NewJeans Showcases K-Fashion at Seoul Fashion Week
The Seoul Metropolitan Government has announced that the 2025 S/S Seoul Fashion Week will take place from September 3 to 7 at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP).
This season, Seoul Fashion Week will focus on sustainable fashion, showcasing the current and future trends of K-fashion through various presentations and exhibitions.
The city has also released the first promotional poster featuring NewJeans, the popular K-pop girl group serving as the official ambassador for Seoul Fashion Week. NewJeans, who have been representing the event since February 2023, continue their role this season.
The poster, featuring NewJeans members wearing Seoul Fashion Week T-shirts and outfits from participating brands, was shot at DDP and is expected to play a key role in promoting the allure of K-fashion to a global audience.
Seoul Fashion Week plans to unveil a series of posters and video content featuring NewJeans on its official YouTube and Instagram channels leading up to the event.
Additionally, a special ticket giveaway will be held from August 6 to 19, offering 300 citizens the chance to attend the fashion shows of 21 leading brands.
The winners will be notified via text message and email between August 28 and 30, and they can collect their tickets at the event to enjoy the fashion shows live.
