Rookie Girl Group KiiiKiii to Hold Debut Showcase with Melon Hi-RiSiNG!
Rookie girl group KiiiKiii is set to make their official debut with an exclusive showcase in collaboration with Melon’s Hi-RiSiNG project, marking the beginning of their highly anticipated career.
Melon, a music platform under Kakao Entertainment, announced that KiiiKiii will be featured in its new artist development program, Hi-RiSiNG, with exclusive content and special events scheduled for March 12 and March 24.
As part of the celebration, 50 lucky fans will be selected to attend KiiiKiii’s first-ever showcase on March 24 at 8 PM at Blue Square Mastercard Hall in Seoul.
Fans can enter the draw by following KiiiKiii’s artist channel on Melon and leaving a congratulatory comment.
Additionally, on March 12 at 6 PM KST, the first episode of Hi-RiSiNG will introduce KiiiKiii’s ‘Self-Written Profiles,’ behind-the-scenes footage, and relay-style introduction videos.
Members Jiyu, Isol, Sui, Ha-eum, and Kiya will share personal details about their MBTI types, daily routines, activities they want to do with fans, songs they performed at their first auditions, and memorable moments from their debut journey.
They will also present handwritten profiles, offering fans an intimate look into their personalities.
Jiyu recalled seeing a rainbow with her members during the ‘I DO ME’ music video shoot, while Isol revealed that her childhood dream was to become a doctor.
Sui shared that applying perfume before bedtime is part of her nightly routine, Ha-eum expressed excitement about filming a ‘try not to laugh’ challenge with her group, and Kiya said she looks forward to chatting with fans and exchanging letters.
On March 24, the second episode of Hi-RiSiNG will feature KiiiKiii’s debut tracks ‘I DO ME’ and ‘GROUNDWORK,’ with the members personally introducing their songs through illustrations and interviews.
Melon’s Hi-RiSiNG project is dedicated to promoting emerging K-pop artists through in-app banners, the short-form service ‘Today’s Short Music,’ and extensive social media promotions.
With strong backing from Melon even before their official debut, all eyes are on KiiiKiii as they take their first steps into the industry with their highly anticipated showcase.
