Rookie Group KATSEYE Confirmed for Lollapalooza 2025
Rookie girl group KATSEYE has been confirmed to perform at Lollapalooza Chicago 2025, one of the largest and most iconic music festivals in the world.

The announcement, made by HYBE and Geffen Records on March 19, marks yet another major milestone in the group’s swift rise to global prominence.
Set to perform between July 31 and August 3 at Grant Park in Chicago, KATSEYE (composed of members Daniela, Lara, Manon, Megan, Sophia, and Yoonchae) will share the stage with some of the industry’s biggest names, including Olivia Rodrigo and Tyler, the Creator.
Their inclusion in the official lineup solidifies their standing as a global up-and-comer, particularly notable considering they debuted less than a year ago.
KATSEYE expressed their excitement through their official social media, simply stating, “A dream has come true.”
According to HYBE and Geffen Records, the group is “fully preparing to leave a powerful impression on global music fans through their Lollapalooza stage.”
Their upcoming Lollapalooza appearance comes on the heels of their successful debut EP ‘SIS (Soft Is Strong)’, released in August last year.
The EP’s title track ‘Touch’ gained widespread popularity for its addictive hook and captivating choreography, leading to a viral challenge across short-form video platforms.
The song surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify, further proving the group’s international appeal.
KATSEYE’s rapid ascent hasn’t gone unnoticed. British music magazine NME named them one of the “Essential Artists to Watch” of the year — a recognition that underscores their growing influence in the pop music sphere.
From a viral debut to the grand stage of Lollapalooza, KATSEYE’s journey is not just a story of fast success, but of undeniable global resonance.
As they prepare to bring their sound to one of music’s most prestigious platforms, all eyes are on the girl group whose strength lies in being unapologetically soft, strong, and unforgettable.
